Question: Do I need a Spoxcy Account to be able to use the service?
Answer: Yes

Question: Are Spoxcy Plans on a Contract?
Answer: No, All Services Provided by Spoxcy doesn't have any form of Contract attached with the service.

Question: How long does it take for me to setup the account with Spoxcy?
Answer: Not Long, Spoxcy makes the provisioning of its service Simple and Straightforward for its customers. Once the application has been completed, we will ship the device and service can start in less than 7 days.

Question: How Do I Pay for my Spoxcy Account?
Answer: Spoxcy works as a prepaid service and so you can make a payment using your Credit Card or BPAY facility to make the payment. Invoices will be sent out regularly to remind you when the payments are due.

Question: Can I pay with an Overseas Credit Card for my Spoxcy Account?
Answer: Yes, as long as it's a valid Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Diners Club/Bank Card/ (Visa/MasterCard) Debit Cards, Spoxcy will accept the payment

Question: Is there any Account Setup Fee with Spoxcy?
Answer: No, there is no account setup or any other activation fee. You need to select and pay for the account and select a device of your choice which will be configured by Spoxcy.

Question: Can I look at my past invoices with Spoxcy?
Answer: Yes, Spoxcy customers can log into Control Panel and look at their previous invoices at their convenience.

Question: Can I get invoice through post? Answer: Yes, but a service charge of $2.50 will be charged against each invoice.

Question: Can I have Spoxcy service with my dial-up connection?
Answer: No, for Spoxcy to work you should have a broadband connection with a minimum of 512Kbps connection speed.

Question: Can I have Spoxcy with my Mobile Wireless Broadband connection? Answer: No, at this stage we are not offering this service due to the internet speed and the coverage limitations.

Question: Do I need a Home Phone and Broadband connection for Spoxcy?
Answer: Yes, Spoxcy is a VoIP Service with revolutionary pricing. You would need a home phone to support your broadband (on the lowest plan possible) and a Broadband internet service to ensure VoIP connectivity.

Question: Where can I get the device to run Spoxcy?
Answer: Spoxcy will provide various device options to all its customers which they can either use with their existing Phone Handset or even get a new VoIP Handset. Please see the Device section for the pricing

Question: Does my computer needs to be switched on whilst I make the calls using Spoxcy?
Answer: No, this is where Spoxcy is different and enables customers to use normal handsets (attached with a Spoxcy Device) to make & receive calls. Biggest difference is you just don't pay as much as your traditional handsets

Question: Can I use the internet when I am using Spoxcy Phone?
Answer: Yes, Spoxcy is provisioned in a similar fashion to your normal Phone Line and you will be able to use the internet simultaneously.

Question: Can I get the Spoxcy Device reconfigured to another service provider's service?
Answer: The Device provided by Spoxcy is configured to use the Spoxcy service and to get it reconfigured for another service, you would need to consult the new service provider.

Question: How will be the sound quality as compared to the conventional phone service?
Answer: Under the ideal circumstances the sound quality is comparable with the conventional telephone service (PSTN). VoIP call quality totally depends on the quality and speed of the end user's broadband connection. Disturbances to the broadband connection can affect the quality of the Spoxcy service or prevent it from operating.

Question: How can I make a call from Spoxcy?
Answer: To make a call within Australia, first dial the 2 digit area code (02, 03, 07, 08) followed by the 8 digit local phone number. Area code is required even if you are dialing a local number. For example, to call the number 4444 4444 in Sydney, you have to dial 02 4444 4444 To make a call to an Australian mobile phone, just dial the 10 digit mobile phone number directly To make a call to an international destination, dial 011 followed by the country code, area code and the local number. For example, to call the number 9999 9999 in London, you have to dial 0114420 9999 9999.

Question: Can I dial 000 from Spoxcy?
Yes, but since the physical address cannot be tracked by the emergency services and the service is relied completely on Internet connection, we recommend using your PSTN/Traditional Home Phone or Mobile to be used during Emergencies

Question: Are all the features FREE with Spoxcy?
Answer: Yes, Once again, Spoxcy believes in bringing Value for Money for its Customers and hence all the features are FREE.

Question: Do I need to call Spoxcy Support to activate features?
Answer: No, the control panel in your account can help you activate a lot of features on your service but never the less Spoxcy Support is always there to help & Support its Customers.

Question: Can I get more than 1 National Number?
Answer: Yes, Spoxcy provides 1 FREE National Number to all its customers and more numbers can be provided on additional costs.

Question: Can Spoxcy provide International Numbers as well? Answer: Yes, Spoxcy can provide International Numbers to all its clients but for certain destination. These numbers are FREE under certain plans and paid under certain plans.

Question: Is there any Fair Use Policy with Spoxcy?
Answer: Most of the Plans Spoxcy promotes have FREE & UNLIMITED calls and we expect our users to be ethical in the usage and not use the service for any other purposes other than specified to Spoxcy.

Question: Can I call ANY network of Mobile at Anytime under Spoxcy Unlimited, Spoxcy Freedom & Spoxcy Unlimited Business plans? Answer: Yes, Spoxcy will be provisioning this Service to enable any customer to call any GSM Mobile Network in Australia at Anytime of the Day and Any Day of the week.

Question: How do I Set up My Voicemails to be transferred to my emails?
Answer: It's very simple and you can do it yourself by logging into the Control Panel and selecting the Voicemail Feature. In option you will have "Voicemail to Email", Select that Option and any Voicemail moving forward will be forwarded in a Digital Format to your assigned Email.
